Access to Cerulli research without paying for that research is a violation of distribution and use terms.

1 | SOFTCOPY

As part of your subscription, we provide access to Cerulli Reports in softcopy (PDF) format. Cerulli Reports in PDF format may be downloaded via Cerulli’s free online service. See #5 below for more information on Cerulli’s online service.

Terms of Use: Softcopies of Cerulli Reports are for use exclusively by internal employees at your firm. Use by any other firm (including consultants), subsidiary, affiliate, external field force, or client is prohibited (as is reproduction in any media or company communications), except by permission. Use of any content contained within Cerulli Reports must be accompanied by proper attribution to Cerulli Associates.

Use of Cerulli material for promotional purposes (advertising, media, press releases, etc.) is prohibited without prior approval.

2 | EXHIBITS

All exhibits contained in Cerulli Reports are provided in Excel format via our free client login service. Select exhibits are also accessible via each Reports’ interactive data supplement.

Terms of Use: Cerulli Report data is intended for use only by your firm and is limited to home office personnel (no affiliates, subsidiaries, outside salesforces, or consultants) unless previously agreed upon. This data may not be reproduced beyond your firm. Appropriate use of this data must be accompanied by proper attribution to Cerulli Associates.

Use of Cerulli material for promotional purposes (advertising, media, press releases, etc.) is prohibited without prior approval.

3 | DATA

Cerulli Data is for use exclusively by internal employees at your firm. Cerulli Data is accessed via Cerulli’s client portal and is restricted to authorized users. Authorized users may not share their login credentials with anyone internally or externally. Use by any other firm (including consultants), subsidiary, affiliate, external field force, or client is prohibited (as is reproduction in any media or company communications), except by permission. Use of any Cerulli Data must be accompanied by proper attribution to Cerulli Associates.

Use of Cerulli material for promotional purposes (advertising, media, press releases, etc.) is prohibited without prior approval.

4 | CONSULTANTS

Clients using consultants are permitted only to share Cerulli research within client offices. Consultants may not receive Cerulli research electronically, view or log into online client accounts, or download Cerulli files from a shared drive. Cerulli only supports clients. Consultants are not allowed to be included on client emails, phone calls, or in-person meetings with Cerulli unless permission is received in advance.

5 | ONLINE ACCESS

Cerulli Client Login is a free service that allows you to view, search, download, and print all the Cerulli research your firm purchases, including Excel files and Cerulli Reports. Your firm is allowed unlimited online users.

Terms of Use: Cerulli Client Login is limited to home office personnel at your firm. Use may not be extended beyond your firm (including consultants).

Obtaining a Username: To obtain a username and password to your firm’s online account, please visit www.cerulli.com and click on client login at the top right, or call our account management team.
