As art director, Rich is responsible for further progressing the Cerulli Associates brand identity and establishing a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints. Rich most recently held positions at CoxReps and Liberty Mutual, where he led the redesign and production of Liberty’s recruiting/hiring initiatives and created the company-wide illustration design system.
