Elizabeth has eight years of experience in human resources (HR) and specializes in employment relations, benefits management, payroll, and finance administration. She joined Cerulli Associates in November 2017 from fashion search platform start- up, Lyst, where she focused on employee relations, employee engagement, developing recognition programs, and learning and development.
