Alexandra was the first employee in Human Resources at Cerulli and she was tasked with building out the function. Her main HR responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, and benefits administration. Alexandra is also responsible for managing the outsourced Managed Services Function, as well as managing the Finance Function.

Prior to joining Cerulli, Alexandra served in multiple roles in the Human Resources department at Jumptap, helping the firm grow from 80 employees worldwide to 600 worldwide at point of acquisition. Jumptap was acquired by Millennial Media, where Alexandra was promoted to the HR Business Partner for the Sales Organization and the sole HR team-member in the Boston Office.

Alexandra received her bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Business from the University of Connecticut. She has a real passion for travel and has spent extended time living abroad in Italy, Spain, and Bogota, Colombia.
